Do you offer layaway?  Yes, we do. This is a free service offered by The Dior Closet, LLC.  To initiate the layaway process, a 10% deposit is needed to reserve the item.  Then pay the item off within 8 weeks of the initial deposit.  Once the item is paid in full, you will receive an email letting you know, and the item will be shipped.  If the payment is not completed within 8 weeks, the order will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. What is your return policy? All sales are final.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless otherwise stated or negotiated.

What kind of shipping do you offer? We ship to the continental United States. We will process your order within 3 business days.  Your item will be carefully packaged and secured.  Domestic will be through USPS, UPS, or FedEX.  The shipping will include insurance, tracking, and signature.  If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory, please contact us. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you offer international shipping?  Please contact us to make arrangements.

What if my item is lost or damaged during shipping?  Once the item leaves our hands it is no longer our responsibility.  If you have a problem with a lost or damaged product please contact the shipping service.  If you received the item and it was damaged. please take pictures immediately of the damaged box and keep all the packaging material. They may want you to bring it in.  If you need help, please contact us.

How do you know your items are authentic?  My items have either been sourced directly from DIOR or they have been verified using Entrupy, a technology driven authentication solution with 99% accuracy.
